- Must pay deposit 50% within 2days (After confirmed booking) or pay deposit 100 % within 2days. (After confirmed booking) In case of booking during the festival and public holidays.
- Please send payment / transfer slip to us. (Line or Facebook or e-mail)
Remark :
- Check in at 2 PM /Check out before 12.00 Noon, Early or late will be charged 500 THB/hr.
- Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in. Payment for rooms including key deposit (500 THB - fully refunded after returning the key at check-out) must be completed in advance.
- Not allowed guests stay over than room limits,fine 1,000 THB /person
- Child 0-6 years , stay with parents : Bed ,free of charged.
- Child 7-11 years must use extra bed : price 500 THB (included breakfast)
- Extra bed for adult 1,000 THB (included breakfast)
- Not allowed to cook in room / villa area, except Restaurant zone.
- Any pets are not allowed.
- Please do not make a loud noise since 11 PM to 6 AM.
- In the case of resort’s property is damaged, require to pay at the value of that property
- Please do not smoke in room or at balcony, fine 2,000 Baht
Refund and postpone the arrival date conditions
- The resort does not have a policy to return money to the guests in all cases. However, the guests can postpone the stay for 1 time within 6 months from the first actual date. If the price of the room changes due to holidays or weekends, the guests will have to pay the difference.
- Please notify reservation at least 14 days prior to your arrival (reservation is subject to room availability at that time)
